Q What areas do you cover for delivery?
A. We deliver our bouncy castles in Chelmsford, South Woodham Ferrers, Billericay, Shenfield, Brentwood, Braintree and across Essex. A small delivery charge may apply.

Q. Can we have inflatables on concrete?
A. Yes but 'hard standing' is highly dangerous if not done properly we as a company always advise against it if possible. Extra charges do apply.

Q. Can we use the Inflatable in wet conditions?
A. Yes, light rain / showers are okay and most of the inflatables have built in rain covers we run over all safety aspects in your safety talk when we deliver your product

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. All hires outdoors are cancelled in heavy rain and thunder storms all deposits are refunded in 28 days

Q. Can a bouncy castle go indoors?
A. Yes but certain halls only take lower height castles please refer to hall hire Page or call one of our team.

Q. What Times are delivery and collection's made?
A. Deliveries start from 7am in peak season and collections start from 5:30 pm your delivery slot will be phoned 24 hours before delivery date.

Q. Do you hire overnight?
A. Yes but small charges apply your garden must be locked and secure. The inflatable is your responsibility until collection.
