From initial booking I can not fault the service delivery.
Nothing was to much trouble and the guys who set up were so efficient we hardly saw them set up or take down.
Really freindly chaps who went above and beyond.
Il not go anywhere else for A bouncy castle.
Thank you for making it so easy.
If you could branch out into party buffets il never have to stress about organising A party again ha ha

The day was a great success thank you. Everyone had a good time - although I do think the superb weather had something to do with it!

The Assault course and bouncy castle were brilliant fun for the students who made full use of their £3 wrist bands! We all agreed that you provided a very professional and safe service and we would definitely want you back next year! I also agree with your comment at the end of the afternoon that a slush machine would have gone down a treat and this will also be considered for next year.

Thank you so much for supplying us with a great bouncy castle on Saturday, my daughter Faith loved it and all the children had a lovely time – it was so nice to keep them occupied all day!!!!
I belief that my husband spoke to you about his parents wanting a bouncy for there party, but that we were concerned they would be too far away – they live in Pentlow near Cavendish. There postcode is C010 7JT.

Could you look into this and see if you were able to deliver that far?

Having heard nightmare stories about bouncy castle bookings and grumpy service I never expected it all to go so smoothly!!

Everyone that used the bouncy castle that evening passed comment to me about how wonderful it was and how friendly Phil was. I have forwarded 1st 2 Bounce details on to various friends since our night as I feel confident in recommending them. Since the fundraiser my little boy turned 3 and I used a castle from 1st 2 Bounce - again an excellent castle and excellent service. Hopefully we are going to hold another fundraiser in the summer for Great Ormond Street and I know who I am asking to supply us our castles!!!

I used the services of Phil at Bouncy Donovan Castles (1st2Bounce) last year for a remembrance day that I organised to remember my son Nathan who died 10 years ago. Phil was so helpful in providing us with 2 bouncy castles at very short notice and at a great affordable price and was more than happy to accommodate all our wishes and needs.
