DEFINITIONS
1:1 The"company" means 1st2bounce inflatables
1:2 The "client" means the persons,company or organisation booking the equipment
1:3 The "equipment" is any items supplied and owned by 1st2bounce inflatables for the hire
Bookings
2:1 All equipment remains the property of the company
2:2 By placing a booking with the company either verbally or online the client is bound to the company terms and conditions of the hire
2:3 The company cannot be help responsible for client errors on booking forms with location , dates and times , surface areas and accessibility and is fully chargeable at market value

3:1 Please note all persons using the equipment supplied by the company do so at their own risk,The client is fully responsible/liable for any lost theft or damage to the equipment or any injury occurring from or as a result of any misuse of the equipment supplied by the company the following guidelines are for the safety of all users and is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they are adhered to by all users,the company cannot and will not be held responsible for any injury,loss or damage caused by misuse of the supplied equipment
Conditions of hire
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the equipment supplied by the company is supervised by a responsible adult AT ALL TIMES
4:2 All equipment has a maximum age limit and user limit this will be written on your delivery sheet provided on delivery by the company and signed by the client
4:3 No food, drink,toys,pets or sharp objects must be taken onto any of the equipment supplied by the company
4:4 All users must remove shoes,glasses,pin on badges and jewellery before using the equipment supplied by the company
4:5 No climbing of any side or back walls or beams of the inflatables or stacking softplay and climbing
4:6 No water or hose pipes are permitted on the inflatables at anytime as well as washing up liquid clients are liable for "drying time" costs of £25 per hour should the equipment be in a wet condition on a dry day collection for next day use by the company
4:7 NO use of silly string,party poppers or streamers , glitter tattoos or other ink based products to be used on any of the equipment, all these products contain stain and will mark the inflatables and is very difficult to remove.The cost of cleaning will be charged to the client at £30 per hour ,if not removable the full cost of repair/replacments are liable to the client,if using face paints please insure they are water based again any marks or stains that we cannot remove full costs to be liable to client
4:8 Please ensure all safety mats are located at the correct set up points at all times
4:9 Do not allow any heat or fire sources including BBQs,cigarettes,patio heaters and fireworks or similar on or near the equipment
4:10 Ensure that there is no horseplay,fighting,pushing or behaving in a manner to distress others
4:11 If you are using slides please insure users slide down 1 at a time feet first,assault courses and fun runs must be used in a one way round start to finish system to avoid collisions
4:12 Users who are or have suffered with neck,back or heart problems,feel unwell or who are pregnant are not permitted to use the equipment
4:13 No persons under the influence of alcohol,drugs or other intoxicating substances are allowed to use any of the companies equipment
4:14 The client is in no way permitted to move or resite any inflatable or other fixed down equipment once the company have left the premises
4:15 The company has the right to refuse any hire at any point in time upon arrival to the premises of the client due to safety concerns for users or equipment, our staff will not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour
4:16 The company has the right to refuse overnight hire if the premises is deemed un secure this is at the discretion of the company all overnight hires carry a £100 fully refundable cash deposit upon collection to cover any loss, theft, damage or missing items supplied
4:17 The client agree to pay the full cost of repair including carriage to and from the manufacture for any damage cause to the equipment whether malicious or accidental ,whether by human,animal or any other ,other than normal wear and tear during the duration of the hire period
4:18 The client MUST check periodically that all anchor points are firmly sited into the ground if unsure the client must contact the company for help and advise
4:19 Keep children clear of all fans and electrical equipment supplied by the company
4:20 The client must ensure the site is clear of animal foul,sharp objects and clear access is available for delivery failure to do so may end up with the company refusing the hire
4:21 The client is responsible to ensure adequate and safe 240v ac mains is available on delivery,the company cannot be held responsible for power failure or loss of power from the client and no compensation will be paid by the company
4:22 It is the clients responsibility to ensure the fan has no obstructions blocking the inlet cover in the event of a mechanical breakdown the client must contact the company immediately and a replacement will be supplied at the earliest possible time,any compensation will be paid pro rata of the hire period not including delivery charges,NO other compensation will be paid irrespective of expenses occurred
4:23 public land/shared land will require full land owners permission emailed to our office 24hrs prior to your event
